PRIVACY POLICY

TL;DR FOR THE DEGENS

We collect the bare minimum to keep this thing running. Your wallet address is public on-chain anyway. We don't sell your data, we don't track you across the internet, and we definitely don't care what you had for breakfast. DYOR, connect your wallet, and let's trade some ordinals.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you use JUNGL, we may collect:

• Wallet Addresses — Your public Bitcoin wallet address when you connect. This is literally on the blockchain for the whole world to see already, anon.
• Transaction Data — Listings, purchases, and trade history on our platform. Again, on-chain and public. We just organize it nicely for you.
• Usage Data — Basic analytics like page views, clicks, and device type. No fingerprinting, no creepy tracking. Just enough to know if the site is on fire or not.
• XP & Activity — Your earned XP, listing history, and platform activity to power rewards and leaderboards.

2. WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT

• Your real name (we don't want it)
• Your email (unless you willingly give it to us for notifications)
• Your private keys (NEVER. If anyone asks for these, it's a scam)
• Your seed phrase (see above, seriously)
• Your browsing history outside JUNGL

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To display your listings and portfolio on the platform
• To process trades and match buyers with sellers
• To calculate XP rewards and platform statistics
• To improve the platform (fix bugs, add features, make number go up)
• To prevent fraud and abuse (rug pullers get no love here)

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We interact with the following external services:

• Bitcoin Blockchain — All transactions are settled on-chain. Once it's on the blockchain, it's forever. No takebacks.
• Wallet Providers — UniSat, Xverse, Leather, etc. We use their SDKs for wallet connection. Their privacy policies apply to their stuff.
• Ordinals Explorers — We fetch inscription data and content from ordinals.com and other indexers.

5. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use encryption for sensitive operations and follow industry-standard security practices. That said, no system is 100% bulletproof. We do our best, but this is crypto — stay sharp, use hardware wallets for your grails, and never trust, always verify.

6. COOKIES

We use minimal cookies to keep your session alive and remember your theme preference (dark mode gang). No third-party advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. Just the basics to keep things functional.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You can:

• Disconnect your wallet at any time (we can't stop you, king)
• Request deletion of your account data from our servers
• Ask us what data we have on you (spoiler: not much)

Note: On-chain data is immutable. We can't delete your Bitcoin transactions, and neither can anyone else. That's the whole point of a blockchain.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll announce it on our Discord and X. But let's be real — you probably scrolled straight to the bottom anyway.
