TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By connecting your wallet and using JUNGL, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, disconnect and close the tab. No hard feelings. Continued use of the platform means you've read this (or at least pretended to) and accept full responsibility for your actions on JUNGL.

2. WHAT JUNGL IS

JUNGL is a decentralized marketplace for listing, buying, and selling Bitcoin ordinals (inscriptions). We provide:

• A platform to list your ordinals for sale
• A marketplace to browse and purchase ordinals
• PSBT-based trading (Partially Signed Bitcoin Transactions)
• Collection aggregation and discovery tools
• XP rewards for platform activity
• Inscription and minting services

3. WHAT JUNGL IS NOT

• Not financial advice. Nothing on this platform should be taken as investment advice. We don't know if that JPEG will moon or go to zero. Neither do you. DYOR.
• Not a custodian. We never hold your Bitcoin, ordinals, or private keys. All trades are peer-to-peer via PSBTs. Your wallet, your keys, your responsibility.
• Not an insurance company. If you get rugged, buy a fake, overpay, or send to the wrong address — that's on you, anon. We can't reverse blockchain transactions.
• Not a regulated exchange. We are a marketplace platform. We don't operate as a broker, dealer, or registered exchange.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using JUNGL, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You own what you list. Don't list ordinals you don't own. That's not degen, that's just scamming.
• You verify before you buy. Check inscription IDs, verify authenticity, and confirm prices before signing any transaction. Once it's on-chain, it's done.
• You secure your own wallet. Use strong passwords, hardware wallets for high-value assets, and never share your seed phrase with ANYONE. Not us, not "support," not your Discord fren. Nobody.
• You understand the risks. NFT and ordinals markets are volatile. Prices can drop to zero. Past performance doesn't mean future gains. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
• You comply with your local laws. It's your job to know whether trading digital assets is legal in your jurisdiction. We don't know where you are and we don't want to.
• You pay your own taxes. Crypto gains may be taxable in your jurisdiction. We don't provide tax advice or tax documents. Consult a professional.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Any financial losses from trades, listings, or purchases made on the platform
• Loss of access to your wallet or private keys
• Failed, stuck, or incorrect transactions on the Bitcoin network
• Price fluctuations of any ordinals or Bitcoin
• Counterfeit, fake, or misrepresented ordinals listed by other users
• Smart contract or PSBT vulnerabilities
• Network congestion, high fees, or blockchain reorganizations
• Third-party wallet malfunctions or security breaches
• Loss of ordinals due to user error (wrong address, wrong amount, etc.)
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Downtime, bugs, or service interruptions
• Actions of other users on the platform

IN SHORT: USE JUNGL AT YOUR OWN RISK. PERIOD.

6. PLATFORM FEES

JUNGL may charge service fees on successful trades. These fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. By signing a PSBT, you agree to the fee structure presented at the time of the trade. Fees are subject to change — we'll announce any changes on our socials before they take effect.

7. PSBT TRANSACTIONS

All trades on JUNGL use Partially Signed Bitcoin Transactions (PSBTs). When you sign a PSBT, you are authorizing a Bitcoin transaction with your private key. This is irreversible once broadcast to the network. Make sure you review every transaction detail before signing. If your wallet shows you something different from what JUNGL displays — DO NOT SIGN and contact us immediately.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Don't be that guy. The following are prohibited:

• Listing ordinals you don't own or don't have the right to sell
• Wash trading or market manipulation
• Creating fake or misleading collection listings
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (report them instead, we might reward you)
• Using bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantage
• Harassment, threats, or abuse towards other users or team members
• Money laundering or any illegal activity

Violation of these rules may result in your wallet being blacklisted from the platform. And probably a public shaming on X. Don't test us.

9. XP REWARDS

JUNGL awards XP for various platform activities (inscribing, minting, importing, etc.). XP has no monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust XP balances, modify reward rates, or change the XP program at any time. Don't farm XP expecting a guaranteed payout — this isn't a yield farm.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The JUNGL brand, logo, UI design, and code are our intellectual property. The ordinals and inscriptions listed on the platform belong to their respective owners. We don't claim ownership of any user-listed content. If you believe your IP is being infringed on our platform, reach out to us on Discord.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim for 100% uptime but we're a startup, not AWS. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability. If we're down, we're probably fixing something. Check our Discord for status updates.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our socials. Your continued use of JUNGL after changes means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking back occasionally — or just keep vibing and trust that we're keeping things fair.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes between users should be resolved between the parties involved. JUNGL is a platform, not an arbitrator. We may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so. For disputes with JUNGL itself, please reach out to us on Discord before lawyering up. Let's talk it out like adults (or degens).

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JUNGL and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party. In other words: if you mess up, that's on you, not us.
